Onboarding Steps:

  • Sign Up & Verify Phone Number
  • Set Up Driver Profile:
    • Download Veyo Driver App
      Download the Veyo Driver app from the Google Play or Apple App Store to begin your credentialing process. You will login with the same email or phone number you used when you registered for the driver program.
    • Submit Driver's License
      Qualified drivers must have a Texas-issued driver's license along with a minimum of 3 years of driving history in the state of Texas. If you have recently relocated to Texas, you will be required to obtain a motor vehicle report from the office of motor vehicle of the previous state you resided in. More info.
    • Submit Vehicle Credentials
      Enter vehicle details
    • Upload Insurance
      Driver must be listed as one of the insured drivers of the vehicle's insurance policy.
    • Upload Registration
      Simply take a photo of the blue registration sticker on your windshield.
    • Note: Your vehicle inspection will be completely virtual via video submission or live video call. 
  • Onboard as an MTM/Veyo Driver:
    • Complete New Driver Video Training
      These are three training modules all new drivers are required to complete.
    • Submit Authorization to Work Document
      This could be your social security card, passport, or other official form of identification that meets these requirements. More info.
    • Submit Payout Information
      Set up direct deposit in order to receive your weekly payouts once you're actively driving. Ensure the home address you are listing is where you will be starting your day from when completing trips as a driver. This is required as our drivers must 'depot out' from their actual home location for accurate trip mileage.
    • Sign Independent Contractor Agreement
    • Background Check Approval
      Complete your background check through Checkr by following the link the checklist.
    • Submit Disclosure of Ownership Form
      Ensure you have filled out every required field correctly or else the document will be denied.
  • Veyo Driver Training:
    • CPR & First Aid Certification
      Follow the link provided in the checklist to complete the free ProTrainings CPR & First Aid courses. Once completed, you will receive an email from ProTrainings with your certificate. Upload this certificate for both CPR and First Aid submissions. If you have trouble accessing the training or certificate, please contact us for assistance. 
      We currently do not offer trainings in-office for Texas. 
    • Vehicle Inspection
      Your vehicle inspection will be completed virtually via video submission or a video live call. A rideshare agent will reach out to you when you have completed all previous steps, including the CPR & First Aid certification. You're welcome to also reach out by emailing us at IDPSupportTX@veyo.com once your credentialing and certification is completed so we may expedite this step for you.
    • Submit Drug Test
      Your drug screening will be booked by a rideshare agent once you've completed all of your previous credentialing, including the CPR & First Aid training and vehicle inspection. You will have 14 days from the date of the drug test booking to complete this task. The drug screening will be booked at a participating testing facility closest to your provided home address.
    • Mentor Training
      Once your drug test has been completed and approved, a rideshare agent will reach out to set up a date and time for you to attend an online meeting where we will go over MTM/Veyo's policies, procedures, and best practices. 
      We currently do not offer trainings in-office for Texas. 
    • Driver Activation
      Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your activation to go through in our system in order to be eligible for trip assignments and Marketplace access. You will receive an email from MTM Link to set your password. Please do so within 24 hours or you will have to contact support for a new activation email. 
    • Download MTM Link Driver App
      Download the MTM Link Driver app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. The login credentials would be the email you registered with and the password that was set by you when your MTM Link account was activated.
