If the passenger is not ready when you arrive for pick up, you are required to wait at least five (5) minutes after the pickup time before cancelling.
If the trip is a will-call trip and does not have an exact pickup time, you are required to wait at least five (5) minutes after the time you arrived at the pickup location. Once the five-minute window has passed, please call driver support and let them know the passenger is not ready for their pickup.
