If you have found that your account is showing as suspended please stop by the Veyo office in your area for details on what actions need to be taken to activate your account again.
If your account is showing as suspended for expired credentials you will need to either resubmit an updated document that is not expired (ex. driver's license) or complete any video training through the Veyo app that may have expired. More information on resubmitting documents can be found here.
Please note that Veyo's online support team cannot lift or discuss a suspension that is not related to expired credentials.
