Veyo does require that all driver providers are CPR & First Aid certified. Not currently certified? Don't worry - we provide the course for FREE through our partnership with ProFirstAid, and it's good for 2 years!
The CPR certification is made up of two different parts - the online training and the in-person practical.
1. Online Training: You can complete the online training in your driver checklist. The online training will take between 1 and 3 hours to finish. To complete the online training, click on First Aid Certification or CPR Certification in the app.
On the next page, select "I am not certified! Take the course now":
Select "Begin" under the "ProFirstAid" course:
2. In-Person Practical: Once you have completed the online training, you'll need to come into the office for the in-person CPR & First Aid practical. It’s important that you complete the online training before you come into the office for the practical.
No appointment is necessary for the in-person portion of the test! Please see the CPR class hours here to plan your visit accordingly.
Please Note: As required by the insurance companies we are contracted with, all drivers must be CPR and First Aid certified. Your certification must have a physical hands-on practical exam in order to be approved.
If your CPR/First Aid document is being denied it could be one of two reasons.
1: You have completed the online video and test Veyo offers for FREE via the Veyo app. However, you have not yet completed the in-person practical exam to complete the certification.
2: The CPR/First Aid course you took via a third party does not have a hands-on course, and therefore does not meet the qualifications Veyo requires.
