As required by the insurance companies we are contracted with, all drivers must be CPR and First Aid certified. Some markets require you to have a physical hands-on practical exam in order to be approved.
If your CPR/First Aid document is being denied it could be one of two reasons.
- You have completed the online video and test Veyo offers for FREE via the Veyo app. However, you have not yet completed the in-person practical exam to complete the certification.
- The CPR/First Aid course you took via a third party, does not have a hands-on course and therefore, does not meet the qualifications Veyo requires.
