If you have found that your account is showing as deactivated, please contact your rideshare specialist for details on what actions need to be taken to activate your account again.
If your account is showing as uncredentialed you will need to either resubmit an updated document that is not expired (ex. driver's license) or complete a video training through the Veyo app that may have expired. More information on resubmitting documents can be found here.
Please note that Veyo's online support team cannot lift or discuss a deactivation that is not related to expired credentials.
