Future Match Trips began rolling out in February/March of 2019. Haven't received a trip yet? They're based on your location and the locations where we need drivers, so you man not receive one on every trip.

FAQs
Q: How do I know if it's a Future Match Trip?
A: You will receive Future Match Trips while you are nearing your current trip's final destination. The trip offer will pop up on the screen and you will have 30 seconds to accept the trip before it's sent to another driver. Once you've accepted the trip, you will be directed back to your current trip page.
Q: Will a Future Match Trip affect my current trip?
A: Nope. It won't affect your current trip. We just want to help you take more trips and spend less time waiting!
Q: Do I need to do anything different after I complete my current trip?
A: Nope. After you complete your current trip, the app will automatically start the next trip and direct you to the next pickup location.
Q: What if I don't get a Future Match Trip?
A: You may not immediately see the Future Match Trips - it all depends on where you drive. But don't worry, you'll see them soon!
Q: What happens if I decline the trip?
A: If you decline a Future Match Trip, you'll be taken back to the current trip. Please keep in mind that Future Match Trips are included in skip and decline rates.
