To set yourself up for success, your trips must be reviewed and accepted in the MTM Link Online Portal before you conduct them in the MTM Link App. Accepting the trips and reassigning them to yourself triggers the system to send the trip to your MTM Link App.
You can adjust the date to accept trips listed for a future date. Trips are normally sent to your Online Portal 4 days in advance; however, you should check this area daily as new trips could be added last minute with no notice.
*If your state uses Marketplace, you will need to reassign those trips here as well.
Tap the blue arrow to the right to view more information about the trip such as mileage, trip number, address information etc.
Once your trips are reassigned to you and saved, you should see them reflected in the MTM Link App. For assignment management, click here.
