What is a Turnback?
The act of communicating to MTM if you are unable to perform a trip that has been assigned to you.
This should only occur with one of the following reasons:
Due to overbooking
Out of service area
Driver/Vehicle deficiency
Credentialing issue
Turnback's must occur no less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time. Your account will be reviewed if your turnback average is higher than normal.
