Once you arrive at the destination address, slide the “Slide to End Trip” button. You may receive additional instructions like “Door-to-Door” or “Hand-to-Hand” that you must complete before you can finish the trip. (More information on Trip Instructions an be found here.)
Once you have ended the trip, you'll be shown the Trip Summary page. Click "Complete Trip" to complete the trip. If something doesn't look right, you can click "Fare Review" to have someone review the trip. More information on fare reviews.
