Cancellations only affect a drivers account if the trip has been cancelled incorrectly.
If we see an unusual amount of incorrect cancellations, your account will be flagged for incorrect cancellations and you will receive a warning text message from our system. If the unusual amount of incorrect cancellations continues, your account may be suspended and you may be required to visit the closest office for retraining.
